• KMS Events reserves the right to refuse an application for any of the KMS Events advertising services.
• The term 'KMS Events advertising services' is defined as and includes free listings, platinum event listings, website banners (including skyscraper, side, competition and e-news).
• KMS Events requires advertising material to media specification guidelines, submitted 5 working days prior to the commencement of any contracted or agreed advertising services.
• Once an agreed 'KMS Events advertising service' contract has commenced, no refunds are available.
• All cancellations, changes or requests in regards to 'KMS Events advertising services', must be in writing.
• KMS Events reserves the right to use all advertising media received as they see fit on the KMS Events website and the KMS Events e-news.
• All prices are in $AUD, include 10% gst and are correct as of 1st January 2011. Prices and Terms are subject to change without notice.
• Any sponsored Platinum Listing with KMS Events must display the KMS Events logo on their website with a link to the KMS Website.
• All information is supplied to us and KMS Events is not liable for any information that is displayed incorrectly, misinterpreted or misrepresented on the KMS Events website.
• All Free Listings MUST be deleted and removed from the listings within 1 month of the Event conclusion.
